Key responsibilities
- Manage and operate the maintenance center, overseeing daily workflow.
- Supervise technicians, assign work orders, and monitor productivity.
- Review and diagnose vehicle faults, ensuring accurate diagnosis before repairs.
- Monitor maintenance quality and conduct final inspections before vehicle delivery.
- Review quotations, ensure customer approval, and follow up on repeat repairs and complaints.
- Control spare parts consumption and minimize waste and technical errors.
- Monitor team performance, discipline, and support staff development.
- Prepare and monitor operational reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive maintenance, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong experience in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze problems, make technical decisions, and use computer systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
