Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and schedule appointments

- Support quality control and promote recommended maintenance services

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with workshop operations and vehicle repair processes
- Proficient in using service management software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
