Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the local sales team
- Develop sales strategies for the Syrian market
- Build and maintain strong dealer relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with international teams to expand our global presence
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage sales inventory and report on sales performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in the Syrian automobile trading industry
- Established network of local automobile dealers
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Availability to work Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
