Job Description
Nair Systems is currently looking ATM Support Consultant for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Working Experience
· Approximately 5 – 7 years’ experience in ATM & Digital Banking (in a Managerial / Supervisory role in a bank)
Qualifications
· Bachelors’ Degree in IT, Banking & Finance, Business Management Discipline (or equivalent)
Reporting Line
· The consultant will work under the supervision and report to Vice President ATM Business Management
Key Responsibilities & Skills Required
- Management & execution of ATM related projects including System enhancements, UATs, Feature roll-out and working with cross functional teams to achieve the same
- Conduct periodic reporting and analysis on ATM Network performance therefore ensuring that ATM performance remains intact with the set KPI’s of the unit
- Oversee ATM installations, operational issues and taking necessary actions to resolve recurring issues with the respective internal & external vendor partners
- Assist in the operational oversight of the Banks’ ATM Self Service Machine Network. Monitor performance, uptime and service quality
- Strong & Analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in ATM brands and models in the ATM industry & market
