Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage operating staff for Air Separation and Common Area Facility
- Achieve daily operational targets and conduct customer production meetings
- Interface with HSSE, Maintenance, and Engineering teams for safe and reliable operations
- Train operations staff and execute daily tasks as required
- Prepare and implement safety work permits, LOTO, and operations preventative maintenance
- Assist maintenance and engineering teams in corrective maintenance activities
- Engage in plant operations when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role in industrial operations
- Strong leadership and safety management skills
- Familiarity with Air Separation Units and related equipment
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
