Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and desired styles.
- Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, styling, blow-drying, and treatments.
- Provide expert hair coloring, highlights, balayage, and hair corrections.
- Offer hair treatments such as keratin, protein, and deep conditioning.
- Suggest suitable hairstyles and products based on hair type and face shape.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Promote salon products and upsell services to enhance client experience.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the salon team.
Skills
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser, Hairstylist, or Hair Colorist in a salon setting.
- Strong knowledge of different hair types, cutting techniques, and coloring methods.
- Expertise in hair treatments, styling, and updos for special occasions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail in achieving client satisfaction.
- Ability to work with different hair products and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
- Certification in hairdressing or cosmetology is preferred.
