Key responsibilities
- Supervise IT systems, networks, and hardware/software maintenance
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with external IT services
- Monitor system performance, IT security, backups, and technical support
- Manage daily operations of amusement rides, arcade games, and indoor play areas
- Develop operational plans, supervise staff, and ensure safety procedures
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot amusement equipment and arcade machines
Requirements
- IT/Computer Science degree/diploma and relevant experience for IT Supervisor
- Relevant management experience in amusement/entertainment operations for Manager
- Technical skills and experience with amusement equipment for Technician
