Job Description
General Accounting and Financial DutiesPayroll ,other related Admin duties and Governmental online platforms Aware about ZATCA ( Zakat, Tax and Custom) Related Reports, Transactions and KSA VATExamine account and system-related reports of the organization to make accurate assessments.Assist with monthly closings procedures. – Assist with tax computations & returns.Handle the annual external audit responsibilities of the company.Understand and perform the financial closing activity on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Publish financial statements in time.Ensure arrant guidance and regulation by implementing financial policies in every facet of the company’s fiscal activities.Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers Completing analysis of the employee expendituresManaging income and expenditure accountsGenerating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure dataKeeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial statusFiling and remitting taxes and other financial obligationsInitiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
Skills
Bachelor’s degree holder with a proven track record of academic or work experience in the Finance sector.Strong understanding of accounting aspects like balance sheets, cash flow management, business forecast, and profitability.Ability to interact with the company’s management and other departments in a clear and concise manner.A keen eye for minute details coupled with an instant ability to make sound decisions.Sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.Hands-on experience in handling ERP Apps, MS Dynamics, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.Experience with accounting software and data entryExcellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheetsAbility to work independentlyAnalytical skills- Experience up to 5 Years. – Reading and writing ( Arabic & English)Bilingual Ar and Enknowledge of ERP apps and MS Dynamics AX
