Job Description Job Title: Strategy Associate, Strategy and Digital Transformation • The client is seeking a Strategy Associate with strong strategy development experience fortheir Strategy and Digital Transformation team, in Abu Dhabi. • The Strategy Associate will support critical strategy development projects for the client, across Diagnostics, Digital Health and Bio-pharmaceutical segments. • Strategy Associates work at the intersection of business strategy, commercial initiatives and core operations. • The Associate position offers excellent career growth and opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with relevant prior experience. Role Description: • Support strategy development activities i.e. hypotheses generation, market sizing, data collection, model creation and other strategic analyses. • Conduct primary and secondary research, surfacing key insights to support key strategic and commercial initiatives. • Synthesize findings into presentation decks and review strategic analyses with client’s stakeholdersand clients. • Support initial execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Project Management Office. • Support commercial proposal development – interacting with clients, securing alignment on key priorities, developing a technical offer with client’s experts and a commercial offer with team’s Finance. • Support internal capability development initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications: • 4 – 6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier consulting firm • Prior experience in health and bio-pharmaceutical sector related projects • Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills • Track record of managing strategic project streams and delivering against tight deadlines in fastpaced environment • MBA from a top-tier management school preferred but not essential • Degree in Engineering or Business preferred, alongside relevant professional certifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in EnglishJob Description Job Title: Strategy Analyst • The client is seeking a Strategy Analyst for their Strategy and Digital Transformation team, in Abu Dhabi. • The Strategy Analyst will support critical strategy development projects for Healthcare, across Diagnostics, Digital Health and Bio-pharmaceutical segments. • Strategy Analysts work on strategic analyses across client’s segments and support strategy development, commercial projects and execution. • The Analyst position offers excellent career growth and opportunities for talented, highly motivated professionals with relevant prior experience.
