Key Job Functions:
- Source Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming etc.
- Opportunity to do Off Plan sales as well as Secondary sales (and Leasing),
- Actively be involved in the sale/rental of residential properties & generate consistent revenue.
- Promote sales of properties through multiple channels, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
- Be up to date with the Real Estate market trends and be familiar about the current pricing for rental as well as sale value of a property, especially in area of specialization.
- Prepare Comparative Market Analysis & recommend market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price list for properties.
- Assess buyers’ needs and locate properties to match their requirements & close transactions.
- Assist buyers/tenants in their property search and try to cross-sale and up-while building a strong relationship with the client.
- This is a commission-based job, without basic salary.
