Overview of the Role:
The Landmark Group is one of the largest Retail and Hospitality organizations in the Middle Easy, Africa and India, We employ 55,000 people across 2300 retail stores, covering 30 million sq. ft. of retail space. We have been at the forefront when it comes to leveraging information technology for driving growth and operational efficiency.IT function within the Landmark Group (referred to as LMIT) is responsible for developing, extending and maintaining the Technological footprint, roadmap and support activities for the entire Group. Procurement / sourcing is a key pillar in this activity aiding in ensuring the Hardware, Software & Services are procured & managed economically.

The incumbent for this role is expected to ensure accuracy of transactions (which form an integral part of this activity), in a timely manner and analyse (on a need basis) and manager the vendor outstanding, while gaining knowledge in IT procurement and sourcing, with an objective of progressing to Commercial engagement.

Manage ServiceNow request for procurement

Item Creation, BPA Creation, updation



GRN request

GRN Approval for License related payments

Checklist for Invoice Validation and Submission
