This is an ERP Business Development Manager position with a core responsibility to grow PACT’s ERP, CRM, POS products’ sales and revenue. As an ERP Business Development Manager , the position is responsible to understand customer requirements, prepare proof of concept, present PACT’s products and services to close a sale prospect. The desired candidate is expected to own and participate in implementing initiatives that will drive towards PACT’s business goals.

Responsibilities include:

· Identifies, develops, and closes the sales opportunity of PACT products and services

· Meets or exceed monthly/quarterly sales/receipts quota goals and objectives

· Using in-depth industry and product knowledge, tailors PACT’s value proposition and capabilities to the individual customer business needs in order to maximize the opportunity and build value to help close the sale

· Seeks out referrals from customers, and identifies satisfied customers for references

· Develop and deliver professional, boardroom quality demonstrations or presentations to senior level executives that effectively position PACT and/or the specific capabilities of the products. Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, clients, and customers.

· Develop content for the demonstrations. Participate in post demonstration feedback sessions

· Maintain a working knowledge of PACT products including new modules, extended solutions, new technology and feature enhancements as new releases are delivered
