Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians, denters, painters, and other personnel.
- Plan and assign daily tasks for productivity and timely project completion.
- Monitor workflow and quality, providing support and guidance.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections, coordinating maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with management on work schedules and budgets.
- Train and mentor staff to improve skills and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, ordering as necessary.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve team conflicts.
- Prepare reports on production metrics and team performance.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of European and American vehicle mechanical systems, electronics, and body shop operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret OBD2 reports and conduct mechanical diagnoses.
- Familiarity with workshop management software.
- Open to Asian candidates only.
