Are you an experienced Airbnb professional with in-depth knowledge of the rules, regulations, and processes for Holiday Homes in Dubai? Zarberg Holiday Homes is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to manage and streamline daily operations in this dynamic market.
About the Role
As our Operations Specialist, you will be the conductor ensuring that all departments work in harmony, coordinating tasks seamlessly to create a smooth and efficient workflow.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all units end-to-end: Overseeing the full process from property setup to guest checkout, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Permits and Compliance: Securing and maintaining permits with the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) and other regulatory authorities. Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements for holiday home rentals in Dubai.
- Listings Creation: Developing high-quality property listings for platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, and Property Finder to attract guests and maximize occupancy.
- Client Relationships: Maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants while building connections with new clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Supplier Coordination: Negotiating with suppliers for essentials like bedding, kitchenware, and bathroom amenities, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Complaint Handling: Addressing and resolving any issues for both property owners and tenants in a timely and professional manner.
- Brand Collaboration: Acting as a liaison with brand developers, ensuring that all properties align with the company’s branding and standards.
- Client Engagement: Implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and ensure consistent high-quality service.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning goals, and ensuring a cohesive, productive workflow.
What We’re Looking For
- Mandatory experience in managing holiday homes in Dubai, with a deep understanding of the DTCM rules, regulations, and processes.
- Exceptional ability to coordinate and synchronize work across departments, ensuring all functions operate as a unified whole.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills for managing supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with holiday home permits and other compliance requirements in Dubai.
- Experience with property management platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb, and Property Finder.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with external partners, including branding teams.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
