Office Administrator – Four Apple Real Estate

Job Description

• Drafting and creating property-related contracts, including Contract A, Contract B, Contract F, MOU, NOC, Form I, and others via the Dubai Rest App.

• Ensuring timely completion of paperwork to close real estate transactions efficiently.

• Knowledge and compliance with real estate rules and regulations.

• Obtaining and managing Trakheesi Permits for property advertisements.

• Supporting daily operations and maintaining team efficiency.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Administrator.

• Strong understanding of property regulations and transaction processes in Dubai
