We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented *Accountant* to join our team in Umm Al Quwain Industrial Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing procurement, overseeing inventory at the warehouse, and handling petty cash. You must be able to work independently and efficiently while ensuring smooth operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using *Tally ERP*.
– Perform data entry and maintain all company accounts.
– Prepare monthly financial reports and reconcile accounts.
– Manage the procurement of raw materials and finished goods.
– Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
– Oversee and manage *inventory at the warehouse*, ensuring stock accuracy and timely updates.
– Handle *petty cash management* and related transactions.
– Coordinate logistics for incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.
– Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and procurement regulations.
– Assist the Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks and reporting.
– Work independently to manage responsibilities effectively.

Skills
*Requirements:*
– *Education:* Minimum qualification of *ACCA, CA Inter, CMA, CIMA, MPhil, BBA, MBA, BCom*, or any accredited degree in finance.
– *Experience:* At least 1 year of *UAE experience* in accounting and purchasing.
– Proficiency in *Tally ERP* is mandatory.
– Strong understanding of UAE market trends, vendor networks, and logistics operations.
– Experience in *inventory management* and warehouse operations.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
– Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
– Candidate with maximum 1 month notice periods only will be called.
