Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare meal ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing.
• Assist in unloading food supplies from delivery trucks.
• Wash and dry all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, and cutting boards thoroughly.
• Store utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their designated places.
• Retrieve ingredients from the refrigerator, freezer, and stockroom as needed.
• Measure ingredients according to the cook’s instructions.
• Remove leftovers from patrons’ plates, bowls, and glasses.
• Ensure all work areas are properly sanitized.
