Sales Engineer – Cazaletti

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Nasr city. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, communication with clients, sales activities, and excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

• Meeting and greeting the clients

• Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions

• Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements

• Prepare and give technical presentations to demonstrate how the furniture products and services work till the deal is finalized with the client

• Prepare work orders and the needed drawings to the factory

• Work closely the customers and the production team to ensure the furniture meets the production requirements and customer needs.

• Follow the orders during the manufacturing process till delivery to the customer and customer satisfaction feedback

• Develop and maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales service.

• Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers’ technical requirements and preferences.
