We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Architect Engineer to contribute to our diverse range of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural design, engineering principles, and Saudi building codes. They will be responsible for developing and implementing architectural designs, coordinating with engineering disciplines, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare architectural designs, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes and regulations.
- Prepare and review construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and present project reports.
- Use CAD and BIM software effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
