Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC products and solutions.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.

3. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.

4. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.

5. Conduct site visits and technical assessments to support project requirements.

6. Work closely with internal teams (design, estimation, and projects) to ensure seamless execution.

7. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Skills

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. 4-6 years of experience in HVAC sales within the MEP or construction industry.

3. Strong technical knowledge of chillers, DX units, and ventilation systems.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

6. Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.
