- Manage and maintain schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other correspondence; prioritize and respond as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the Chairman and various departments, clients, and partners
