Role Overview

As a Client Relationship Officer, you will be the primary liaison for our existing clients and vendors, ensuring their satisfaction through effective contract management, timely renewals, and strategic pricing negotiations. You will address client concerns that impact workflow and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.

This role reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Contracts and Renewal Management:
  • Validate and oversee contract renewals for existing clients and vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing adjustments within company policies.

Client Interaction and Satisfaction:

  • Address and resolve client concerns affecting satisfaction and workflow.
  • Handle client requests beyond the scope of sales or operations.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor and Operation/Fleet Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contracts, and resolutions.
  • Provide regular reports and insights directly to the CEO.
