Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage large-scale water infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
– Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and updates to key stakeholders and team members.
– Develop innovative solutions and strategies to improve project operations and identify new opportunities.
– Foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring smooth cooperation among team members and contractors.
– Make timely and informed decisions regarding project priorities, risks, and issues.
– Organize project schedules, resources, and tasks to ensure smooth execution and completion.
– Plan and set long-term strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
– Identify and resolve problems promptly by analyzing causes and generating effective solutions.
Requirements- Education: Engineering Graduate (Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering)
– Experience: 25-35 years of project execution experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing water infrastructure projects.
– Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience with desalination, water, and wastewater treatment projects, particularly in the GCC region.
– Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Additional: Proven ability to work in complex environments with a stable career history in renowned organizations
