Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Video Meetings: Attend scheduled virtual meetings, providing support as needed, and ensuring effective communication.
- Task Assistance: Provide general assistance with various tasks as assigned by the manager or team, helping with day-to-day operations.
- Customer Service: Handle customer service tickets efficiently, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Email & Calendar Management: Assist with managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing calendars.
- Data Entry & Research: Conduct research and input data into relevant systems or documents as needed.
- General Administrative Support: Provide various administrative and operational support to the team or individual executives.
