Job Description

As an assistant Product Manager you will be involved in product planning and execution functions throughout the product life cycle for retail banking products. You will support sales and marketing initiatives and liaise with stakeholders to ensure overall strategy and goals are met or surpassed.

Support in designing, launching, and managing retail banking products.Conduct gap analysis and identifying new business opportunities Interface with Sales, Credit, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Business Intelligence functionsAssist in providing a roadmap for Product Lifecycle Management Assist in the process of marketing initiatives and promotions Conduct product performance metrics and identify trends Support in conducting training and providing sales tools for new product and promotion launches

Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within retail bankingBachelor’s / Master’s degree in finance or related streamUnderstanding of Product life cycle management (Conventional and Digital Products)Understanding of Retail Banking Products and Policies Strong analytical skills with an understanding of market research and financial analysisKnowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirementsMust be a UAE National with valid family book
