  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and company growth plans.
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws of the country of contracting and deployment and a focus on attracting top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employees and leadership, fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and growth.
  • Performance Management: Oversee robust performance evaluation systems, setting clear KPIs, SPFs and encouraging continuous development.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Design competitive salary structures and ensure smooth payroll processing, adhering to local tax laws.
  • Training & Development: Build and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, drive career progression, and meet organizational goals.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with Egyptian labor laws, Social Insurance regulations, and employment standards.
  • HR Technology Integration: Leverage HRMS and analytics tools for streamlined processes and data-driven decisions.
  • Partnership Management: Collaborate with sister companies and external partners for joint HR programs, policies, and initiatives.

Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in HRMS, payroll software, and recruitment platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Egyptian labour laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Languages: Must be fluent in Arabic and able to communicate in English.

  • High attention to detail with a knack for identifying improvements.
