Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Engineer specializing in Unitary/VRF systems to join our ENIM team. This role drives sales of Unitary/VRF HVAC systems, acting as a technical expert and key point of contact for customers, providing comprehensive solutions and support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze customer needs, conduct site assessments, and design tailored HVAC solutions using Unitary/VRF technology.

· Develop detailed technical proposals, including system specifications, drawings, and cost estimates.

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the construction, contracting, and engineering sectors.

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, communicating the value of Unitary/VRF systems.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, project management) for seamless project execution.

· Provide technical support to customers during installation and commissioning.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the Unitary/VRF segment.

· Maintain detailed project documentation, client communication logs, and sales reports.
