UCRYO Wellness is looking for a motivated and experienced Reception Sales Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a Reception Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer appointments, assisting with bookings, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. You will play a key role in sales by promoting UCRYO’s services and packages to potential clients, helping drive business growth.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting and welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner.Managing appointment bookings, ensuring smooth scheduling and optimal use of resources.Assisting clients with inquiries and explaining the various wellness treatments and packages.Promoting UCRYO’s services and packages, and effectively closing sales to meet targets.Handling customer payments and processing sales transactions.Ensuring the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organized at all times.Providing information about UCRYO’s offerings and special promotions.Maintaining customer records and managing client data with confidentiality.
Skills
