Single window contact for the customers assigned.Gauge client requirements to offer the perfect solution for their inquiries. Follow up with customers for the pipeline shipments and new shipments. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Coordination with Agents/Operations team and provide updates to the customers. Maintaining customer wise KPI. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.Interact with the senior management to understand updated organizational policies and new products.
Skills
+2 yrs. of experience in customer service and operations in a reputed freight forwarding company in UAE.In-depth know-how about import /export /cross trade business by Sea freight & Air freight. On-job experience in international freight forwarding pricing and quotations.Capability to handle freight inquiries, quotations, and coordination with local and international clients.Experience in rate & and service negotiations with Shipping lines /airlines and overseas agents. Proficiency in handling MNC clients and execution of time-bound and critical sea/air shipments.Knowledge about customs procedures and port operations in UAE and GCC.
