Job Description

Major Duties and Responsibilities:·   Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the RETAIL SALES category for UAE and later in other STI active markets (Bahrain/Qatar/Kuwait).·   Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop New Retails Products and pursue with existing products like Tuna, Strawberry and Olive Oil.·   Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets. Prepare Annual budget and Monthly reports as required for management·   Accurately forecast sales and track progress against targets.·   Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail accounts (e.g., supermarkets, convenience stores, hypermarkets).·   Manage the sales pipeline effectively, identifying and qualifying potential leads.·   Negotiate and close deals with retailers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Manage pricing and promotions to maximize profitability.·   Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.

Skills

QualificationsBehavioral Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Retail Sales within the major Food and FMCG companies in UAE. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Technical CompetenciesProven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong understanding of the retail landscape and customer behavior.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Other Requirements
