Job Description:Oversee debtor accounts, ensure regular reconciliation, manage ageing reports, monitor AR ledger, and ensure timely credit collections.Manage relationships with collection agencies, credit reporting agencies, credit insurance providers, and the sales department. Resolve account queries and disputes.Ensure accurate billing for all accounts, monitor unallocated payments, review and apply credit policies across departments and verify paymaster accounts for compliance.Conduct audit trails for debtor accounts, ensure accurate documentation, monitor credit limits, review high balance reports and reconcile unpaid or short-paid accounts.
