Perform other administration duties to support the team and Company as requested by management.Documents typing such as correspondence, drafts, memos, and emails, prepare reports weekly for management.Greet external visitors and provide appropriate guidance as needed.Manage incoming telephone calls and take action as required and appropriate. Screen all calls and proactively handle any routine matters.

Skills

Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applicationsStrong typing skills, 45+ wpmBasic knowledge of accounting and financial principlesUniversity qualifications: Bachelors in Finance/ AccountingSpecialist knowledge: Secretarial, Admin, and Accountsmust be reliable and highly organized. They should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and work equally well independently and in teams.
