Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and oversee the recruitment process for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, fair, and aligned with our company’s goals and values. This role requires excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to meet hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive hiring practices, and employment branding to stay ahead of talent needs.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet hiring goals and maintain a high level of candidate experience.
  • Set clear performance objectives and monitor the progress of team members.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, preferred qualifications, and team culture.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by guiding them through each step of the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pool Development:
  • Lead sourcing efforts using a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of diverse candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to enhance the company’s employer brand and presence in the job market.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other outreach initiatives to strengthen the company’s recruitment efforts.
  • Data & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate sources, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on recruitment performance and challenges.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with all legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes and delivering results.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide insights to drive recruitment decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring practices is a plus.
