Key responsibilities

• Prospect for new corporate clients and convert leads into sales opportunities
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers
• Showcase company offerings including branded gifts, custom stationery, apparel, packaging, and signage
• Generate leads via cold outreach (calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person visits)
• Assess client needs and recommend fitting product solutions
• Prepare competitive quotes and close deals through follow-ups
• Hit monthly sales targets with performance-based incentives
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Requirements

• Strong verbal/written communication skills in English
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and email tools
• Confident client-facing abilities and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Prior sales experience preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in printing/promotional products is a plus
• Fresh graduates with sales aptitude encouraged to apply
• Dubai-based or willing to relocate
