Senior Project Manager – Prime Trade Commercial Brokers

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan, and manage projects within the Prime Trade Group portfolio
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and institutional partners
• Track deliverables, milestones, and budgets through project dashboards
• Identify and manage critical risks and dependencies
• Prepare progress reports for senior leadership
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance of deliverables
• Organize and lead steering committees and project review meetings

Requirements

• Structured project management expertise (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile)
• Experience managing complex sovereign projects
• Excellent proficiency in French and English (Arabic or African language is a plus)
• Proficiency with planning tools (MS Project, Notion, Monday.com)
• Diplomacy, rigor, and ability to operate in sensitive institutional environments
• Master’s degree or equivalent in project management, international business, or related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in managing institutional or sovereign programs
• Knowledge of African and UAE/MENA markets
