Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial strategies to boost our medical center's financial performance, focusing on long-term goals.

• Manage annual budgets, including planning and monitoring, to ensure effective use of available financial resources.
• Coordinate financial audits to ensure compliance with financial standards and local/international laws.
• Advise senior management on potential investments and financial risks to enhance financial returns.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce financial risks.
• Lead the accounting and finance team, providing training and support to enhance individual and team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify their financial needs and provide necessary support.
• Monitor economic and financial trends, providing strategic recommendations based on market analysis.

Requirements

• Proven financial management experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Male candidate preferred, Sudanese nationality.
