Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes by conducting initial interviews and coordinating candidate schedules to enhance hiring quality and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze current employee data, using tools like Excel to provide strategic decision-making reports.
• Participate in organizing training workshops to help new employees adapt to the company culture and goals.
• Support in managing employee records to ensure legal compliance and administrative efficiency.
• Develop internal communication strategies to boost employee morale and improve the work environment.
• Assist in annual employee performance evaluations by collecting and analyzing data to provide valuable insights to management.
• Implement onboarding programs for new employees to facilitate their integration and enhance their overall experience.
• Contribute to the development of new HR policies to improve HR management and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Support in managing employee relations to resolve conflicts and improve communication between different teams.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate with a Diploma degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Passion for learning and developing a career in Human Resources.
• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English is an asset.
