Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned B2B buyer accounts in F&B and HORECA sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Act as the primary point of contact for account-related matters
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify growth opportunities
- Drive repeat purchasing, increase order frequency, and grow GMV
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on buyer requirements
- Monitor account performance against monthly commercial targets
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to improve product availability and pricing
- Monitor buyer purchasing activity and prevent account churn
- Maintain payment discipline and coordinate with finance teams on payment risks
- Maintain accurate account information and track performance in CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve buyer issues
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis
- Knowledge of the F&B and HORECA sectors is a plus
