Key responsibilities
- Sell gold jewelry to customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up-to-date with new collections
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation
- Work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in gold jewelry sales
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills and a passion for jewelry
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus
- Basic knowledge of jewelry design and gemstones is an asset
