Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily studio operations
- Teach high-quality Reformer or Mat Pilates classes
- Plan and adapt sessions based on clients' fitness levels and goals
- Ensure proper technique, client safety, and high teaching standards
- Coordinate class schedules, instructor availability, and client bookings
- Support and coordinate Pilates instructors and reception staff
- Monitor class attendance, memberships, and client satisfaction
- Build strong client relationships for retention and loyalty
- Support membership sales and business development initiatives
- Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and equipment safety
- Monitor studio performance and report to management
- Assist with staff onboarding, training, and maintaining service quality
Requirements
- Recognized Pilates Instructor certification (Reformer or Mat)
- 2-5 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a related fitness role
- Strong knowledge of Pilates principles, movement techniques, and client safety
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate daily operations and work effectively within a team
- Customer-focused, proactive, and commercially aware
- Fluency in English; Arabic and Spanish are an advantage
- Currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate
