Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and project acquisition targets.
• Identify, pursue, and cultivate new business opportunities in the UAE's interior design and fit-out market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and potential partners.
• Generate leads through networking, client meetings, referrals, market research, and business development activities.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and project agreements to secure profitable business.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation and deal closure.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, client database, and regular sales reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out sales within the UAE.
• Proven track record of securing projects and achieving sales targets.
• Good understanding of interior design, fit-out services, commercial proposals, and project sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong business development, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and deliver results.
