As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll take the reins of daily operations, inspire a talented team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing brand.
Key Responsibilities:Â
* Manage daily activities to ensure excellence in food quality, customer service, and team performance.
* Optimize costs, implement financial strategies, and meet revenue targets across one of our flagship locations.
* Mentor, train, and develop a diverse and talented team, creating a culture of collaboration and high performance.
* Engage with guests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction remains at the core of our operations.
* Oversee inventory, food safety, and hygiene, upholding the high standards that define our brand.
Skills
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, hospitality, business administration or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in restaurant management within the casual dining industry.
* Strong leadership, operational expertise, and financial acumen.
* Proven track record in managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and driving customer satisfaction.
* Language: Full Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
