Key responsibilities
- Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email
- Prepare and send rental quotes, and follow up until booking confirmation
- Verify customer documents (Kuwait Civil ID and driving licence)
- Coordinate car delivery and pickup with the operations team
- Handle rental extensions, renewals, and after-rental follow-up
- Maintain up-to-date customer and booking records in our system
Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in sales or customer service (car rental or automotive is a plus)
- Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Proficient in using WhatsApp Business and a computer
- Ability to work shifts
- Own laptop and stable internet connection
