Key responsibilities

• Manage CEO's strategic priorities and engagements
• Prepare briefings, talking points, and correspondence
• Serve as the principal point of follow-through on executive decisions
• Accompany CEO to official meetings and international forums
• Oversee and nurture relationships with UAE strategic partners and government ministries
• Represent the organization at the senior-most levels of government and diplomacy
• Cultivate diplomatic missions and open new avenues for strategic collaboration
• Lead complex project delivery to convert high-level partnerships into tangible results

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Experience navigating high-level institutional relationships
• Strong understanding of cultural affairs and international collaborations
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
