Key responsibilities
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs

- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies
- Observe patients and report changes in their condition
- Assist with patient transfers, mobility, feeding, and positioning
- Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality
- Keep patient areas clean, safe, and organized
- Follow hospital/clinic policies and professional standards
