Key responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation from requirements workshops to configuration, training, and go-live.
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements documentation, process flows, and configured workflows in OneReg.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Guide customers on implementing aviation compliance, assurance, and regulatory requirements.
- Be the customer's voice internally, sharing feedback and insights to shape our product.
Requirements
- Proven aviation compliance professional with a passion for working with people and processes.
- Comfortable interacting with customers, from frontline users to senior stakeholders.
- Strong business analysis and project management skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and aviation regulations.
- Ability to work in a global team, with some early mornings or evenings required.
