Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement SOPs for FOH & BOH activities
- Establish operational manuals, workflows, and quality standards
- Identify operational weaknesses and develop solutions
- Conduct regular operational audits and corrective action plans
- Develop guest service standards and train teams for consistent delivery
- Work with Executive Chef to improve kitchen operations and food quality
- Establish food safety and hygiene standards, monitor compliance
- Develop structured training programs for FOH & BOH employees
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant operations management
- Hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with restaurant software systems and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
