Key responsibilities
- Lead overall business strategy, performance, and profitability
- Drive commercial growth and secure new revenue opportunities
- Oversee operational excellence across owned and chartered vessel operations
- Manage and develop a leadership team
- Execute fleet growth strategy, expanding from 15 to 30+ owned vessels
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven CEO, Managing Director, or General Manager experience
- Strong commercial leadership and business growth track record
- Demonstrated success leading operationally intensive businesses
- Vessel ownership or vessel management experience preferred
- Seagoing experience not required but could be an added value
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
