Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily with recruitment agencies and sourcing partners
- Source suitable candidates based on job requirements
- Collect and organize CVs from agencies
- Screen CVs against required qualifications and experience
- Follow up with agencies on pending and urgent requirements
- Search for alternative sourcing options when needed
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, agencies, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal Operations and Recruitment teams
- Ensure CV requirements are met within deadlines
- Maintain professional and timely communication with agencies and candidates
