• Conduct site visits and training needs assessments for client companies across various sectors
• Design tailored training programmes with clear learning outcomes, content, and assessment methods
• Present and refine proposed programmes based on client feedback
• Measure and report the impact of delivered programmes to clients
• Develop and update accredited course content to meet awarding body and client requirements
• Support trainers in delivering designed programmes

Requirements

• Proven experience in HSE training or related field
• Strong understanding of various industries and their risks
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
